Some time ago Dobrin was working for Fortec Communications Inc. based in Mississauga, ON, Canada. It became clear that if the company wanted to be successful in Europe they needed to have a strong local presence. Dobrin was tasked with establishing a European office in The Netherlands.

 

Now, 12 years and a few companies later we can say that we are familiar with almost all of the difficulties that any company attempting such an endeavor and we would be very glad to use this experience in helping others to succeed.

 

Working for and with companies from the electronics, telecommunications, and broadcasting industries we were able to build a solid network of reliable partners. Our language skills in English, German, Russian and Bulgarian are a great help not only to communicate effectively but to also be familiar with the cultures, customs, and way of thinking of each partner. 

 

With a small team of professionals bringing a variety of expertise we are currently representing in Europe Canadian, British, Russian and Bulgarian TV channels and several other companies - providers of IPTV and OTT solutions. We are open for more companies who are searching or exploring opportunities in Europe. 

 

The specifics of the European market come from the fact that contrary to North America there are about 50 countries and each one has it’s own nuances and distinct way of doing business.

 

Without underestimating the time difference, knowledge of the different cultures, local presence etc. it seems that the biggest challenge is to open the door of a potential customer for a face-to-face meeting and presentation.
